My first order was not at all what I expected. I contacted the company and they quickly got back to me and offered a refund AND replacement. Customer service was great (although, not 10/10 because I had to pay my own shipping fees when sending the original order back and I am still waiting on the refund.) The replacement was a lot better and they made sure I was satisfied with the new design before creating it. The engraving is beautiful, however, the font is much smaller than the modeled photo and a little bit off centered. The quaility of the compact is very nice, it is metal and even has a magnified mirror on one side.
