My first order was not at all what I expected. I contacted the company and they quickly got back to me and offered a refund AND replacement. Customer service was great (although, not 10/10 because I had to pay my own shipping fees when sending the original order back and I am still waiting on the refund.) The replacement was a lot better and they made sure I was satisfied with the new design before creating it. The engraving is beautiful, however, the font is much smaller than the modeled photo and a little bit off centered. The quaility of the compact is very nice, it is metal and even has a magnified mirror on one side.

With a background in jewelry design inspired by her art studies in Florence and honed at major global brands such as Harley-Davidson, Tommy Bahama and private label design for QVC and HSN, our founder and designer, Lily Magaziner set out to create a timeless and elegant jewelry line at an accessible price point. By using gold-filled materials and the highest quality natural gemstones, Lily has ensured all of our pieces accomplish her original mission.
