How long does the process take?
The entire experience takes no more than 15 minutes. We'll help you select your perfect chain, custom-fit it to your desired length, and expertly weld the ends together for a seamless, clasp-free finish.
How can I remove permanent jewelry?
While designed to be worn continuously, permanent jewelry can be easily and safely removed with sharp scissors whenever needed.
What if my jewelry breaks?
We stand behind our craftsmanship! Your first repair is complimentary. Additional repairs are just $15 per reattachment.
What materials do you use?
We exclusively use premium gold-filled and solid gold chains. Gold-filled jewelry features a thick layer of real gold bonded to a base metal, providing the beauty and durability of solid gold at a fraction of the cost. These pieces are designed for everyday wear and long-lasting enjoyment.
Can I shower and swim with permanent jewelry?
Yes! Our gold-filled and solid gold pieces are designed for continuous wear, including showering and swimming. Gold-filled will eventually fade but is a great option if you don't want to invest in solid gold.
